About Us

TSM Maintenance & Construction Services Sdn Bhd or in short TSM is a young and dynamic oil and gas service provider jointly built by a few very experienced partners in this market niche. TSM has a 5.3 acres completely built-up facility at Teluk Kalong (Kemaman, Terengganu) which was tailored built to suit the support of most oil companies onshore and offshore construction and maintenance activities.

We provide a one-stop centre to support most kinds of O&G businesses. The one-stop centre includes share-office facilities, supply chain management, materials testing and inspection services, work-scoping, minor fabrication services, site installation, manpower supply, equipment supply, and project management services. We are also capable to undertake a complete scope of maintenance, construction and modification (MCM) kind of works at both onshore and offshore locations.

Our location in Teluk Kalong is a strategic advantage in proximity to clients and suppliers for quick turnaround on material supply and logistics. Through years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, our expertise puts us in a favourable position to undertake a complete scope of maintenance, construction and modification work on both onshore and offshore plants.

Objective

Cost reduction is always the key to gain competitive edge in this market. And our objective is to provide support and services for those who are seeking competitive edge by lowering their overhead cost and any long term commitment in setting up a fully compliance facility to O&G standards, be it on HSE or engineering compliances.

The TSM’s One-stop Centre was previously utilised to support over RM780m worth of PETRONAS engineering jobs over 6 years. Every facility and every equipment, manpower are all fully compliance to O&G standard and requirements. TSM is committed to maintain these standards and provide supports to the clients. As such, the clients would just have to focus on their sales and marketing and leave the project management, logistics, fabrication, installation to TSM. TSM also provide office and warehousing facilities for clients from outside Kemaman on short term or long term rental. With these supports, clients are able to omit the unnecessary cost of maintaining branch office and warehouse in Kemaman.

TSM can also represent clients to carry out materials inspection and testing (eg valves testing) and thereafter deliver to the buyers/end-users. Any modification requires or site installation can also be carried out, hence eliminate unnecessary cost from clients and promote prompt delivery of materials.
